What changed
- New section 4A on trade credit: applying, the credit limit and payment terms, ordering on account, and suspension. Section 5 now covers phased deliveries and proof of delivery.
- Section 4 now covers deposits (the balance is paid before dispatch), lay-by with LayUp, and payment links and proforma invoices.
- New section 6A: ratings and reviews — written reviews only from paid purchases, and the rules reviews must follow.
- Our website and email addresses moved to the aaggregates.store domain.
- Section 6 now covers materials cut or made to your specification, such as roof sheets cut to length and steel cut and bent, which can't be returned or refunded once cut.
- Section 2 sets out the units each product is sold in, "price on request" products, and trade discounts by product type; section 4 describes the payment methods generally.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aaggregates.store and app.aaggregates.store (the "Platform") and any purchase made through it. The Platform is operated by Aggregated Aggregates, a division of Besbpo Group (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. If you are registering a trade account on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Products and pricing
-
Products are sold in the units shown on each product page — by the ton or m³ (aggregates and ready-mix concrete), by the bag, bulk bag or tanker load (cement), or by the drum or tote (admixtures). Bulk and bagged aggregate prices are derived from the same list price and bulk density, as shown in the calculator on each product page.
-
Prices are quoted in South African Rand and are subject to change without notice, except where an order has already been confirmed. A product or unit without a current price is marked "price on request" and is quoted individually.
-
Trade account holders receive a discount off list price that depends on their account tier and the type of product:
Product type Contractor / Trade Volume / Civil Bulk Aggregates 8% up to 15% Bagged cement and mortar 4% quoted Bulk cement (bulk bags, tankers) and admixtures in drums or totes quoted quoted Ready-mix concrete 2% quoted -
"Quoted" means there is no self-serve price for that tier: we confirm a price with the supplier and quote you individually.
-
So that prices never fall below our minimum margin, the discount on some products is capped below the figure in the table. The price shown for your account at checkout, or in your quote, is the price you pay.
-
Orders that qualify as Volume/Civil Bulk tier (≥10m³) or that require delivery beyond 100km are not sold at checkout and are quoted individually via our RFQ process.
-
Plant hire and site services are priced and booked separately under our Plant Hire & Site Services Terms.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable from our partner-supplier network, or where pricing displayed was affected by a technical error.
4. Payment
- The payment methods available for your order are those offered at checkout. They depend on your order value and account tier; see Ways to Pay for the methods we support.
- Online payments, including card, instant EFT and digital wallets, are processed by our third-party payment partners. Buy-now-pay-later and trade-credit options are provided by their providers on their own terms and are subject to the provider's approval.
- Trade accounts may pay by EFT against a purchase order or invoice, quoting the order reference. Volume/Civil Bulk accounts with a standing agreement may do so on the net terms in that agreement. Approved trade companies may also order on account, as set out in section 4A.
- If no online method is available for your order, our sales team will arrange payment by EFT. An order is confirmed once payment has been received, or accepted against an agreed purchase order.
- Deposits. Larger orders can be secured with a deposit, shown at checkout with the amount to pay now and the balance. Paying the deposit confirms the order at the prices on it. The balance must be paid before the order is dispatched; we do not dispatch an order with a balance outstanding. Deposits are not offered on AA 60/120 express orders, which are paid in full.
- Lay-by. Where offered, you can pay for an order over time with LayUp, a lay-by provider, on its own terms (including what happens if a plan is cancelled or not completed). The order is held at the prices on it and dispatched once the plan is paid in full.
- Payment links and proformas. Our team may send you a secure link to pay an order, a deposit or a balance without signing in, together with a proforma invoice. A proforma is not a tax invoice; the tax invoice is issued once the order is paid.
- If an order paid by deposit or lay-by is cancelled, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies, including that materials cut or made to your specification can't be refunded once cut.
- Invoices are issued under Besbpo Group's company VAT registration, as Aggregated Aggregates operates as a division of the Group rather than a separately VAT-registered entity.
4A. Trade credit
- A company with an approved trade account may apply for trade credit from its account page. The application is made by the company's account administrator, who confirms they are authorised to apply for the company. We may check the trade references given and ask for more information. Whether to grant credit, the credit limit and the payment terms are at our discretion; we tell you our decision by email.
- If we approve trade credit, you can choose "Trade account (pay on terms)" at checkout. The order is then confirmed and delivered without payment upfront, and must be paid in full within the payment terms shown on your account (7, 14, 30 or 60 days from confirmation). The due date is shown on your order confirmation and on your account page.
- An order can go on account only while the amount owed on all your orders on account, including that order, stays within your credit limit, and no order on account is overdue. AA 60/120 express orders can't go on account.
- Pay by EFT quoting the order number, or from the order page. Part payments are credited to the order.
- We may change your credit limit or terms, or suspend trade credit, by telling you by email — for example if a payment is overdue. Suspension stops new orders on account; orders already on account remain payable on their terms.
- Delivering an order on account before payment doesn't change our other terms: the order is still subject to these terms and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is calculated on a distance-banded basis from the nearest approved partner-supplier location: 0–30km is included in the product price; 30–60km and 60–100km carry a flat add-on based on load size; delivery beyond 100km is quoted individually.
- Delivery is fulfilled by Besfleet (Besbpo Group's own trucking division) or one of our external tipper-truck delivery partners.
- Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout or in your quote, but are not guaranteed delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Phased deliveries. You can ask for an order to be delivered in stages, on dates you choose, from your order's tracking page. The dates are requests: we confirm each one with the partner supplier and may agree a different date with you. Each delivery leaves once what you've paid covers the materials on it and on the deliveries before it (with the delivery fee paid with the first), or straight away on a trade account. Additional deliveries may carry a delivery charge, which we agree with you before it applies.
- Proof of delivery. The person who receives a delivery on site may be asked to sign for it on the driver's phone, give their name, and note any shortage or damage. A photo of the delivery and the phone's location may be recorded with the signature. This record is our proof of delivery for that order or drop.
- Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Returns and cancellations
Aggregate materials are, in most cases, non-returnable once dispatched, and materials cut or made to your specification — such as roof sheeting cut to length and reinforcing steel cut and bent to a schedule — cannot be returned or refunded once cut, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where applicable.
6A. Ratings and reviews
Signed-in customers may rate products. A written review can only be posted by a customer who has bought and paid for the product through their account, so every written review is a verified purchase. Reviews must be honest, about the product and your own experience, and must not be abusive, defamatory or advertise anything. We publish reviews as written — apart from removing contact details — whether they are positive or negative, and we may hide reviews that break these rules. We do not pay or reward anyone for reviews.
7. Compliance documentation
Where applicable, we attach the relevant SANS reference standard (e.g. SANS 1200-G, SANS 1083) and, where available, a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis to the product page and order record. It remains your responsibility to confirm a product's suitability for your specific engineering or regulatory application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform or a purchase made through it is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Intended use and site-specific engineering advice
Product descriptions, grading standards, and specification sheets are provided for general guidance. They do not constitute site-specific engineering advice. You should consult a qualified engineer for project-specific material selection.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
