What changed
- Section 4 explains the usual lead times we show. New section 4A covers phased deliveries (planned dated drops, and when each drop is released) and proof of delivery signed on the driver's phone.
- New section 7 sets out AA 60/120 express delivery: what qualifies, the 30 km radius, ordering hours, payment, the 120-minute delivery clock, and when the express fee is refunded. Section 4 refers to it, and Contact is now section 8.
- Our website and email addresses moved to the aaggregates.store domain.
- Section 6 now says we deliver across all nine provinces, and how a site that isn't listed, or is more than 100 km from the nearest partner supplier, is quoted.

This policy explains how delivery works for orders placed on Aggregated Aggregates.
1. Delivery network
We deliver from our approved partner-supplier network of roughly 50 suppliers across South Africa — we do not hold our own inventory at owned yards. Your order is fulfilled from whichever approved partner-supplier location is closest to your delivery address, or best positioned to meet your requested delivery date.
2. Delivery pricing — distance bands
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the distance from the nearest approved partner-supplier location to your delivery address, and the size of your load:
| Distance | Fee |
|---|---|
| 0–30km | Included in product price |
| 30–60km | Flat add-on, banded by load size (6m³ / 10m³ / 14m³+) |
| 60–100km | Flat add-on, banded by load size (6m³ / 10m³ / 14m³+) |
| Beyond 100km | Quoted individually via our RFQ flow |
Orders that qualify as Volume/Civil Bulk tier (≥10m³ total) are always quoted individually, regardless of distance, given the scale and variability of civil-scale delivery logistics.
3. Delivery carriers
Delivery is carried out by Besfleet, Besbpo Group's own trucking division, or one of our 15+ external tipper-truck delivery partners — whichever is best positioned to fulfil your order reliably.
4. Delivery windows
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout or in your quote. Where we show a usual lead time for a product category, it is the time from order confirmation to delivery that our partner suppliers usually need, in working days. Lead times and delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery of bulk tipper loads can be affected by factors including weather, site access, and load scheduling at the partner-supplier location. AA 60/120 express orders have a delivery time commitment, set out in section 7.
4A. Phased deliveries and proof of delivery
You can ask for an order to be delivered in stages — for example, materials for each stage of a build — by planning dated deliveries ("drops") on your order's tracking page, from the day after you plan them up to a year ahead. Between them, the drops must deliver everything on the order once. We confirm each date with the partner supplier and email you as each drop leaves. Each drop is released once what you've paid covers the materials on it and on the drops before it, with the delivery fee paid with the first drop; orders on a trade account aren't held for payment. Once a drop has left, ask our team to change the remaining dates. Additional drops may carry a delivery charge, which we agree with you before it applies.
When a delivery arrives, the person receiving it may be asked to sign on the driver's phone, give their name, and note any shortage or damage; a photo of the delivery and the phone's location may be recorded too. You can see the signature and any notes on your order's tracking page. If something was noted on delivery, our team follows it up with you.
5. Site access and offloading
You are responsible for ensuring safe, suitable access for a tipper truck at your delivery address, including road access, overhead clearance, and a suitable offloading area. Additional charges may apply where a delivery attempt fails due to inadequate site access.
6. Where we deliver
We deliver across all nine provinces of South Africa, from the approved partner supplier nearest your site. Our Where We Deliver page (aaggregates.store/coverage) lists the towns and cities we serve by province. For a site that isn't listed, or more than 100km from the nearest partner supplier, we quote the delivery separately before you pay.
7. AA 60/120 express delivery
AA 60/120 delivers qualifying materials within 120 minutes, for an express fee of R1,000 (VAT inclusive) charged on top of the delivery fee.
- What qualifies: cement in 25 kg and 50 kg bags; bagged sand and stone; bricks; concrete blocks; lintels, damp-proof course and air bricks; 6 m reinforcing bar, brickforce, tie wire and steel-fixing accessories; and roof sheets in standard lengths, roof tiles, flashings, insulation and rainwater goods. Every item in the order must qualify, the order must be priced at checkout (not quoted), and the load must fit one truck (about 5 tonnes).
- Where: your site's location must be shared at checkout and be within 30 km (straight line) of the nearest approved partner supplier of every material in the order.
- When: AA 60/120 orders are taken Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 until the 15:00 cut-off (South African time).
- Payment: by card or a payment method processed by PayFast, at the time of ordering.
- The delivery clock: once payment is received, our sales team confirms with the partner supplier that your order can be loaded. The supplier then has 20 minutes to prepare the load, after which the 120-minute delivery clock starts. We email you the time your order is due.
- If we're late: if your order is delivered more than 180 minutes after the clock starts (more than an hour late), we refund the R1,000 express fee in full to the original payment method. The materials and delivery fee are not affected.
- If we can't take it on: if we can't confirm a supplier in time, we tell you, your order goes ahead with standard delivery, and the express fee is refunded in full (or taken off your total if you haven't paid yet).
- Site access: the time commitment depends on the site being accessible and someone being there to receive the delivery, as set out in section 5.
